Job Description
We are seeking an efficient Finance Assistant to support this small team at a busy Grammar school in West Kent on a fixed term basis to August 2026.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties are:
- Purchase order processing and managing queries
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit card processing
- Invoicing
- Proficiency of PS Financials is highly desirable plus a good intermediate knowledge of Excel
