Production Operative

Location: Aylesbury
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday AM and PM shifts available
Contract: 13-week temporary booking, with the opportunity to go permanent

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives for a 13-week temporary assignment, with the potential to become permanent after the initial period. This is a hands on role in a busy production environment.

• Operating machines on the production lines (training provided).
• Assisting with assembly, processing, and general production duties.
• Carrying out basic equipment checks and reporting any issues.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Meeting daily production and performance targets.

• Previous production experience preferred.
• Experience in machine operating is an advantage but not essential.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed.
• Good attention to detail.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Must be able to reliably commute to Aylesbury.

• £12.60 per hour
• Full time, regular weekday hours.
