Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the HRIS implementation from initiation.
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of key project deliverables.
- Act as a specialist advisor for HR system Usability.
- Own system readiness for go-live.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience of successful IRIS implementations
- Strong technical expertise in HRIS systems
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in data migration
