A modern Manchester-based accountancy firm is looking for a Practice Accountant to join their team, offering a unique opportunity to combine compliance with advisory work - all within a 4 day working week.

You'll work closely with a portfolio of clients, providing:• Year-end accounts and tax compliance• Management accounts and performance reporting• Business insight and support

With offshore support handling much of the preparation work, you'll have more time to focus on reviewing, advising and adding value.

About you:• Practice background (essential)• ACA / ACCA / AAT qualified or studying• Strong communication skills• Keen to develop into a more advisory-led role
