Are you a high-energy Lettings Negotiator looking to step up into a Senior role? We are looking for a market-maker to join our thriving Streatham branch.

Streatham's rental market is diverse and demanding. From the stylish apartments on Streatham Hill to the sprawling family homes near the Common, you will be responsible for driving the "lettings engine" of our office. This isn't just about viewings; it's about building long-term landlord relationships and outperforming the competition on the High Road.

• Drive Revenue: Exceed monthly targets for lets agreed and new instructions.
• Valuations & Instructions: Confidently pitch our services to new and existing landlords, demonstrating a deep understanding of the SW16 rental yields.
• Lead the Pace: Set the standard for the junior team through high-volume viewings and expert negotiation.
• Compliance Excellence: Ensure all lets meet 2026's rigorous EPC, safety, and Right-to-Rent standards.
• Applicant Management: Maintain a high-quality database, ensuring we match the best tenants to the best homes.

• Local Knowledge: You know your way around the "ABCD" roads, the St Ferrers Estate, and the best coffee spots near Streatham Common.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in London Lettings. You are ready for more responsibility and higher-value instructions.
• Must have experience with Valuations
