Main duties of the jobAs a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, you will focus on supporting the Wellbeing Coordinator in delivering engaging activities for the residents. Other responsibilities include maintaining a safe living and working environment, reporting any changes in residents' condition, ordering and preparing supplies for activities, and establishing links with the local community. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, a positive attitude towards older people, and previous experience working with older adults in a residential setting.
