Main duties of the jobAs a qualified Nurse (RMN, RNLD), you will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for male adults with mental health conditions. Your day-to-day will include providing high-quality nursing care, mentoring and supporting team members, and maintaining accurate records of care provided. You will need to have strong team-working skills, a high level of self-motivation, and a positive, caring, and compassionate attitude.

You will be working at Aderyn, a high-quality step down service for men with enduring mental health conditions that sets a sector-leading example of clear care pathways for service users with a focus on recovery.As well as a 17 bed rehabilitation unit, there is also a 2 bed open rehabilitation cottage.
The unit is situated in a picturesque part of Wales with good transport links. You will be working alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide service users with opportunities to improve their independence and prepare for an independent life in the community. Individual and collaborative therapeutic timetables are developed for each patient and individual psychological therapies are offered.
