2 x Private Family Solicitors Needed - Leading N.Yorkshire Firm

A well-established North Yorkshire law firm are looking for TWO Private Family Solicitors to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for two experienced Family Solicitors (4+ PQE) to join a respected practice with a loyal client base, strong local reputation, and spearheaded by an incredibly experienced solicitor and mediator so the opportunity to learn is second to none. The role:

• Manage a varied caseload of private Family Law matters (no Legal Aid work), you'd be stepping into a caseload where a significant % of them are litigated files.
• Focus on financial settlements following divorce or separation, as well as wider family law issues.
• Work with the Head of Family to develop and modernise the department.
• Supervise and support junior team members, including paralegals and trainees.
• Deliver exceptional client service and contribute to the continued success of the team.

The ideal candidate:

• 4+ years' PQE with solid experience across all aspects of private Family Law.
• Confident handling financial cases, including those involving high net worth clients.
• Proactive, commercially minded, and confident in taking ownership of your caseload.
• Comfortable with technology and open to improving systems and working methods (experience with speech recognition software is desirable).
• Supervisory experience required to work with paralegals, trainees and legal support.
