Salary: £32,000 - £40,000

They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Architectural Technologist.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

• Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentations
• Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
• Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
• Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
• Attend site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspections

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience working on projects across various sectors
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Job running experience is desirable
• Strong technical and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area
