The Senior Civil Engineer will join a well-established multidisciplinary team delivering highways, drainage and infrastructure schemes across the South East and beyond. Key responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of highways, drainage and infrastructure schemes Coordinate with clients, architects and multidisciplinary teams Produce detailed designs using Civil 3D and related 3D modelling tools Ensure compliance with design standards, planning requirements and CDM 2015 Identify opportunities for sustainable design and value engineering Support bids, proposals and wider business development activity Mentor junior engineers and help maintain design quality

Candidate requirements Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Around 5 to 10 years of consultancy experience Strong Civil 3D and 3D modelling capability ICE membership, or clear progress toward it Strong communication and organisational skills

The Senior Civil Engineer role offers hybrid flexibility, varied project exposure, career progression and a salary of £50,000 - £65,000 plus benefits. This Senior Civil Engineer position will suit someone ready to lead, support others and make a visible impact.
