We're Hiring! Production / FLT Operator Role

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a growing production team? We have an excellent opportunity for a Production Operator, with the option to use a Forklift Truck (FLT) if qualified.

Shift Details
During Training:
Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm

After Training (when required):
3:45pm - 2:00am
25% shift allowance applies

Pay
£12.21 per hour (£12.98 per hour if on the FLT)
25% shift allowance for late shift

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Label, bottle, and package products accurately
• Transport materials securely using a Forklift Truck (FLT) if qualified
• Support various production tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards
• What We're Looking For
• FLT licence is desirable but not essential
• Previous production or manufacturing experience is advantageous
• Strong team player with excellent attention to detail
• Positive, proactive attitude
