Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to students with SME and AutismCreate a positive and inclusive learning environment for studentsMonitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support as neededCollaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement individualized education plans for studentsCommunicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concernsParticipate in school events and activities, including parent-teacher conferences, staff meetings, and professional development sessionsAdhere to school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment for all students

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English or a related fieldQualified teacher status (QTS)Experience working with students with SME and/or AutismStrong knowledge of English language, grammar, and literatureExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual studentsPassion for teaching and helping students with diverse learning needs
