Title: Costs Draftsperson
Location: Manchester (Remote/Hybrid)
A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Costs Draftsperson to join its growing specialists Costs team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high value; complex litigation matters within a collaborative and well established environment.
The Opportunity
You will play a key role in delivering accurate and strategic costs recovery, working closely with fee earners on complex cases across a variety of practice areas. The position offers high-quality work, fantastic flexibility and strong career development prospects within a forward-thinking team.
About You
- Proven experience drafting Bills of Costs for high-value, complex cases
- Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules, particularly Parts 44 and 47
- Experience with costs budgeting and costs management
- Proficiency in costs drafting software (eg CostsMaster)
