This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with an outstanding reputation and strong presence in the local property market.About the RoleAs a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive an exceptional level of service. You will be the key point of contact for day-to-day property matters, coordinating maintenance, handling enquiries, and ensuring compliance is met at all times.Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of properties with efficiency and professionalism
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
• Handling tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outs
• Ensuring properties comply with all relevant regulations
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times

• Previous experience in Property Management

• A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
• The ability to commute within one hour of Finchley
