Learning Support Assistant (SEN) - Immediate Start

This is a full-time, permanent role, term-time only, with a competitive salary of £518-£585 per week, starting after the Easter holidays.
About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
Work closely with SEN students to support learning and personal development.
Deliver one-to-one or small group support, helping students engage with the curriculum.
Assist teachers in preparing resources and adapting lessons to meet individual needs.
Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and support goal-setting for students.
Encourage confidence, resilience, and independence in learning.

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a graduate with a strong academic background, ideally with experience in tutoring, mentoring, or psychology. The ideal candidate will have:
A degree in Psychology or a related subject, or a strong academic profile with tutoring experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with children with SEN.
The drive and commitment to make a positive, lasting impact on students' learning and confidence.
Strong organisation and teamwork skills, supporting both teachers and students.
