Your Opportunity: Open to all permanent recruitment sectors, including Commercial & Office Support, Finance, Accountancy, HR, Sales & Marketing, Life Sciences, Technology, Energy, and more.

• Build and manage a portfolio of clients within your niche sectors.
• Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates in key roles.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Achieve and exceed targets to contribute to our collective success.

• Proven experience as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant.
• 3 yrs + knowledge of your chosen niche.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

• Competitive salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (negotiable for high performers).
• Uncapped commission structure (NO THRESHOLD).
• Fast-track to Co-Directorship within 12-18 months.
