Branch Manager

Our client, an established and prestigious independent property agent, is seeking a confident, experienced, and enthusiastic Estate Agent to join their Plymouth office on a full-time basis. With on-target earnings of £40,000-£45,000, this is a rare opportunity to join a small but energetic team and play a key role in driving business growth across the Plymouth area.

The Role

This managerial-level position offers a varied mix of leadership, business development, and hands-on valuing work. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting multiple property valuations daily, typically in the £300,000-£1,000,000 range
• Managing and motivating the team to meet business goals
• Developing and growing the office's presence in the local market
• Providing exceptional client service at all stages of the sales process
• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring high professional standards
• You will be joining a motivated residential property team within a company known for its reputation, professionalism, and high-profile offices.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 years' estate agency experience, including a strong background in valuing
• Preferably some managerial experience and good local market knowledge
• Excellent communication, literacy, and IT skills
• A polished, articulate and well-presented approach
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• A proactive, team-focused attitude and a desire to progress your career, not just fill a role
• This is an exciting, varied position, dealing with a wide range of clients and properties across Plymouth and surrounding areas.

Salary & Hours

• Competitive basic salary
• OTE: £40,000-£45,000, depending on experience
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:45am-5:30pm
• Saturday rota: 9:00am-1:00pm
• Full UK driving licence and own car are essential
