NJR Recruitment is partnering with an established Grantham-based firm that is expanding its team. They are seeking an IFA Administrator to support a team of Financial Planners and Paraplanners while developing technical expertise and progressing professionally.

You'll be joining a friendly, family-feel business with an excellent reputation for delivering bespoke advice to High-Net-Worth clients - and a genuine commitment to investing in your future.

What you'll be doing:

o Supporting Financial Planners and Paraplanners with day-to-day administration

o Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection products

o Preparing client meeting and review documentation

o Liaising with clients and product providers

o Maintaining accurate records on back-office systems

o Gaining hands-on experience across the full financial planning process

What we're looking for:

o Industry-related experience within Financial Planning / IFA is essential

o Alternatively, strong transferable experience within financial services

o Excellent communication and organisational skills

o A genuine interest in progressing into Paraplanning

o Motivated, detail-focused and professional
