Key Responsibilities:As a Security Officer, you'll play a key part in maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. Your duties will include:
- Working closely with Estate Security Officers to keep all security records up to date
- Ensuring all incidents are reported in line with company and customer procedures
- Supporting the Estate Security Manager and Team Leaders with best practice and service improvements
- Completing internal and external patrols across the estate
- Operating CCTV, access control, and alarm systems in line with SOPs
- Welcoming and registering contractors attending site
What we're looking for:We're looking for a reliable and professional individual with:
- A valid SIA licence, including CCTV, suitable for rotation guarding and control room duties
- Experience as a SIA Door Supervisor or Door Supervisor, within a corporate or estate setting
- At least 2 years' experience in security and customer service within a corporate or estate setting
- Excellent command of the English language
- Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills
