The Role

As a Sales Negotiator, you won't just be selling houses; you'll be managing dreams and navigating the biggest investments of our clients' lives. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for:

  • Generating Leads: Proactively identifying and chasing new business opportunities within the Epsom area.
  • Conducting Viewings: Showcasing our premium listings with enthusiasm and expert local knowledge.
  • Negotiating Deals: Acting as the vital bridge between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Pipeline Management: Guiding sales from "Offer Accepted" through to completion, ensuring a smooth and professional journey for all parties.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Maintaining our reputation for 5-star service through meticulous communication and follow-up.
What We're Looking For
  • Local Insight: A strong understanding of the Epsom property market (KT17-KT19) is highly desirable.
  • Proven Track Record: At least 1-2 years of experience in residential sales (though we'll consider a superstar from another high-pressure sales background).
  • Communication: You're a "people person" who can build rapport instantly and handle difficult conversations with grace.
  • Resilience: A "never-give-up" attitude and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Essentials: A full UK driving license and your own vehicle are required.
