Employee Benefits Associate

Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are partnered with a well-established employee benefits consultancy to support their search for an Employee Benefits Associate for a 12-month FTC. They partner with small-medium sized companies and consult across healthcare, group risk and pension schemes.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration for corporate clients, including onboarding, leavers, member movements, and scheme updates and act as a key contact for answering queries from clients
  • Process pension submissions, auto-enrolment, P11d data, and reconciliations accurately, maintaining client records and systems to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Communicate clearly with employees and employers, support client meetings, liaise with providers to resolve issues and keep schemes up to date.
  • Handle mailboxes, calls, and system updates efficiently.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience within an employee benefits administration role
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team
  • Strong ability to prioritise and manage workload

This role is hybrid to their South West London office.
