Reporting to the IT Manager, duties to include.
As a successful candidate you will possess proven experience in an IT Support role and a degree in IT or a CompTIA certificate or similar would be beneficial together with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues in an efficient manner.
