Full-time Permanent Hybrid after 6 months

We're working with a well-established wealth management firm looking to bring in an experienced Senior Paraplanner to support their Wealth Planning team.

This is a key role focused on delivering high-quality technical support, complex research, and suitability reporting to ensure excellent client outcomes.

• Conduct detailed research across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning
• Prepare clear, compliant suitability reports and client documentation
• Support Wealth Planners with complex cases and cashflow modelling
• Identify future planning opportunities for clients
• Mentor and support junior paraplanners
• Contribute to process improvements and team development

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4 minimum)
• Strong experience across core financial planning areas
• Proven track record in paraplanning within a wealth management environment
• Experience with cashflow modelling (desirable)
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
