Are you passionate about providing exceptional support in the financial services sector? Our client, located in the Chancery Lane, is seeking a dedicated IFA Administrator for a temporary contract.

As a Senior Administrator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality operational support to advisers and clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing New Business: Accurately manage new business on Curo, ensuring all data meets the required standards.
• Monitor Progress: Track the progress of new business, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions of outstanding actions.
• Client Records: Update and maintain client information on Curo, ensuring system accuracy through diligent data cleansing.
• Transaction Management: Handle a range of transactions including withdrawals, contributions, drawdowns, and other essential processes.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate annual client review meetings, producing high-quality review packs for adviser meetings.
• Team Support: Provide guidance and mentorship to other Administrators, promoting best practices and maintaining high standards of compliance and client service.

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience within Financial Services, specifically in an IFA environment.
• A strong understanding of financial products and terminology.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with Curo is preferred, and working towards or achieving a Level 4 relevant industry qualification is desirable.
• A solid understanding of compliance requirements within an IFA setting.
