We're looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join a talented kitchen team in Padstow, offering a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a supportive and creative environment. Key Responsibilities:

As Junior Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day kitchen operation:

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in running the kitchen
• Manage one of the four kitchen sections confidently
• Contribute creative ideas towards menu development
• Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
• Oversee health & safety, ordering and rota management

To succeed as Junior Sous Chef, you'll bring:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen
• Strong knowledge across all kitchen sections
• Confidence leading and supporting a team
• A passion for modern British cuisine and sustainability
• A proactive attitude and willingness to develop further
