The successful Support Analyst candidate will have a degree-level qualification (likely in mathematics or computer science) or equivalent experience, strong technical skills including proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux, and scripting languages, and experience in the UK and EU equity markets. Prior experience with FIX Protocol is desired, along with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
