I am delighted to be working with a fast-paced, people-focused organisation based in Westbury who are looking for a motivated HR Assistant. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to build a career in HR, gain hands-on experience, and be part of a supportive team that values growth and development.
Hybrid working of 3 days on site plus excellent benefits and exposure to all areas of HR.
What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR enquires
- Coordinate recruitment activity: posting roles, scheduling interviews and updating candidate records
- Manage onboarding tasks, ensuring new starters have a smooth and positive experience
- Prepare documents such as contracts and offer letters
- Deal with all administration around the employee life cycle to include, starters, leavers, pre employment checks, right to work.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support the wider HR team
- Help with reporting, note taking and compliance checks
