We're looking for an enthusiastic and forward thinking Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse to join our dynamic Outpatient Team, where your expertise will truly make a difference.

Main duties of the jobSupport the department manager to provide effective day to day management and clinical leadership to the nursing team to facilitate the delivery of outpatient services and clinical nursing procedures. The postholder will possess the ability to promote patient centred care and establish good relationships with patients and carers, creating a welcoming, caring and safe environment. The postholder will support the department manager to develop a vision and strategy for the effective use of departmental facilities ensuring they are utilised to capacity, to improve productivity and to maximise options for the development of income generation.
