Job Title: Finance Administrator

Location: West End, Glasgow

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Fully Office-Based)

About the Role:

Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation based in Glasgow's West End. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join their busy finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on their finance experience within a supportive and professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:


    • Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner



    • Managing accounts payable and receivable functions



    • Reconciling bank statements and company accounts



    • Assisting with month-end and year-end financial processes



    • Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation



    • Handling queries from suppliers and internal departments



    • Supporting the wider finance team with administrative duties as required



About You:


    • Previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role



    • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy



    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and finance systems



    • Excellent organisational and time management skills



    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal



    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
