Technical Assembler

A new position has become available for a skilled individual to join their team as a Technical Assembler. Working to assemble parts and products, you will be examining connections, following screen and build instructions.

Based in Bicester, this role requires the working hours of 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday.

Duties of the role:

• Prepare work for completion, collecting all required documentation and parts for assembly.
• Position parts and sub-assemblies using templates and measurements.
• Complete documentation relating to production and quality.
• Identify any issues during assembly.
• Conduct preventative maintenance.
• Liaise with technical supervisors to clarify faults.
• Assemble parts and entire products, through examining connections, fastening parts and sub-assemblies.

You must:

• Have previous experience working in an assembly or production environment.
• The ability to follow build instructions.
• Be able to lift some heavier objects.
• Hold good understanding of mathematics and IT being able to use Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Work well within a team.

This position offers £25,000 per annum and onsite parking.
