Position Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a busy and growing property department. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while working closely with senior colleagues on more complex transactions.
The role offers exposure to a varied mix of commercial property work and provides the opportunity to develop long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters
  • Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
  • Handling landlord and tenant matters including leases and renewals
  • Acting on commercial property development transactions
  • Drafting and negotiating property-related legal documentation
  • Supporting senior solicitors and partners on complex matters
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and providing excellent client care
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE in Commercial Property
  • Experience managing a commercial property caseload
  • Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and client care abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to work
