We're looking for a self-motivated and creative Brand Engagement and Social Media specialist to lead brand engagement and manage brand presence across multiple social media channels for this established, well-known brand in Hove.
The Social Media/Brand Engagement Officer will:
- Create and manage engaging social media campaigns, events, lead generation, and editorial content
- Manage all social media channels, producing tailored and engaging graphic and written content
- Be the online voice of the brand responding to comments, messages and reviews
- Remain up to date with social platform trends & algorithm updates maximising performance
- Organise and support brand events, influencer partnerships, and digital collaborations
- Maintain strong relationships with influencers, media and charity partners
- Manage a content and campaign budget
- Produce quarterly company newsletters and support other content where needed
- Attend brand and networking events
Skills & experience required:
- Degree educated or equivalent in social media or digital marketing teamed with strong working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Able to deliver on-brand visual and written content
- Experience producing and editing short-form video for social platforms such as Reels and TikToks
- Experience of media scheduling tools like Later, Hootsuite, Buffer and similar
Salary, hours and company benefits:
- £30,000 to £32,000 based on experience
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, fully office based in Hove
