Interim Finance Manager Salary: Up to £65,000Location: LincolnshireWe are supporting a well-established organisation in their search for an experienced Finance Manager to join their finance team for a 3-6 month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Accountant to play a key role in strengthening financial reporting, improving processes, and supporting long-term strategic objectives.Working closely with senior stakeholders, this role will be instrumental in delivering high-quality financial reporting and driving improvements across the finance function.Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting
- Lead projects focused on process improvements and reporting enhancements
- Support financial governance and internal controls across the finance function
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide insight and drive better decision-making
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring strong attention to detail
About You
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) preferred; strong finalists will also be considered
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge processes and drive improvement
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments
