Remedicare are recruiting for Care Assistants to join a family run nursing home in Gerrans, Cornwall!
Care Assistant Job Details:
- 8:00am to 8:00pm shift times
- 12.71+ per hour
- Full Time or Part Time available
- Permanent contract
This care home is located just a short distance from the beach, with many rooms enjoying truly exceptional coastal views. Residents can look out across the beautiful beaches stretching over Gerrans Bay. The home also features attractive gardens with several peaceful spots where residents can relax, unwind, and take in the stunning surroundings.
They are now looking for kind, caring individuals to join their highly experienced team as a Care Assistant on days.
Care Assistant Main Duties:
As a care assistant, you will be an integral part of their caring and dedicated team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, including personal care
- Supporting residents with mobility
- Providing companionship
- Assisting with meal times
- Maintaining a clean and tidy environment
- Keeping accurate records of care provided
- Reporting any changes in residents conditions
Care Assistant Requirements:
To excel in this role, we are seeking carers with the following qualifications and qualities:
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
