About the RoleIn this exciting role, you will provide expert legal support for M&A / corporate development transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and minority investments, and for a portfolio of existing investments. Your work will directly influence Swiss Re's global business strategy and growth trajectory.
Key ResponsibilitiesWe are an international centre of excellence for M&A legal matters in Swiss Re Group. Collaborating closely with Corporate Development, we lawyer complex and sensitive acquisitions, investments, mergers and more. As a senior team member, you will engage regularly with senior stakeholders across Legal & Compliance, Corporate Development and the business units.
About YouYou are a strategic thinker with strong organisational skills and a hands on approach to complex deal execution. A persuasive communicator and trusted advisor, you build collaborative relationships and navigate challenges with pragmatism and insight. You thrive in dynamic environments and excel at managing competing priorities.
RequirementsThe base salary range for this position is between 132,000 and 198,000 GBP (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
