About the role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the gardening sundries department, ensuring excellent standards, strong merchandising, and great customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the department team
- Maintain high merchandising and stock standards
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Support sales and department performance
The ideal candidate
You'll have relevant retail or garden centre experience and be confident supervising a team. You'll have a good eye for merchandising and a hands-on, customer-focused approach. Good product knowledge across garden tools, composts, fertilisers, planters, and all relevant garden accessories
