Corporate Senior Associate

A well-established and ambitious South East law firm is seeking a high-calibre Corporate Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join its growing team in Kent. This is a strategic growth hire within a sizeable and well-resourced Corporate group (c.20 lawyers), advising on mid-market M&A and broader corporate transactions for a predominantly London-based client base, alongside some international work.The Role You will:

• Lead and support on mid-market M&A transactions
• Advise owner-managed businesses, corporates and investors
• Take ownership of matters with appropriate partner supervision
• Supervise junior lawyers and play an active role in team development

The workflow is established and consistent - this is not a "build from scratch" position.The Profile

• 5+ PQE Corporate lawyer (City or strong regional background)
• Solid M&A and general corporate experience
• Commercially minded and confident managing client relationships
• Ambitious, with an interest in longer-term progression

No following is required, though portable relationships would be welcomed.The Proposition
