Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
Salary: £14.00 - £17.00 Per Hour, Depending on Experience. (£29,120 - £35,360 Per Annum - Based in 40 Hours Per Week).
Location: Flintshire CH8.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm - Overtime and occasional weekend work available.

Based in Flintshire, they are a family-run business specialising in the supply, installation, repair and servicing of all makes of garage doors, garage door motors and garage personnel doors.
About The Role:
Due to continued expansion and high demand for their services, they are looking to recruit an experienced Garage Door Engineer to work from their depot in Pentre Halkyn.
This is a hands-on engineering role requiring the ability to work independently while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation, servicing, maintenance and repair of garage door systems
Fault diagnosis and repair of mechanical and automated door systems
Automation upgrades and motor installations
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to industry standards
You will be working with and installing:
Sectional garage doors
Up & over garage doors
Automatic roller shutters
Front entrance doors
Personnel doors
Steel security doors
Industrial doors
Automatic doors
Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience in garage door installation and repair, or a strong engineering/mechanical background.
Requirements:
Proven experience working with tools and mechanical systems
Ability to fault-find and problem-solve independently
Full clean UK driving licence (essential)
CSCS card (advantageous, training can be provided)
Comfortable working at height and undertaking manual handling
Flexible and willing to work overtime when required

Mechanical and electrical fault diagnosis
Automation and control systems
Basic electronics and engineering principles
