Main duties of the jobAs the General Manager, your focus will be to lead and inspire a team to deliver excellent person centred quality care to residents in a safe, caring and stimulating environment whilst meeting regulatory requirements, professional and statutory standards, and business performance targets. You will also be required to provide ongoing inspirational leadership and management to the staff team, and ensure costs are well managed and maintained within budgetary controls.
