Overview

Join our team as a Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) to support communities and build strong tenant relationships across West Midlands sites.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage the Tenant Liaison function across multiple sites.
  • Attend regular meetings with tenants, site teams, and client representatives to maintain strong, transparent relationships.
  • Provide a consistent, empathetic, and professional service to all tenants.
  • Act as the escalation point for tenant complaints and ensure timely, effective resolution.
  • Maintain clear, accurate records and updates within on site systems and databases.
  • Support tenants through planned and responsive maintenance programmes, ensuring clear communication at every stage.
  • On offer, undergo a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check; other pre employment checks may apply.
Qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Previous experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer, Resident Liaison Officer, or a similar customer facing role within social housing or maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of planned, responsive, internal, and external works.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
