MCS Group is working with a fast-growing FinTech business which is looking for a commercially minded Customer Success Manager to join their team. Joining an established, yet growing Customer Success function, the Customer Success Manager will report directly to the Customer Success Director and will work closely alongside a team of experienced CSMs.
The company already supports thousands of customers across Europe and the UK with technology that helps organisations automate complex regulatory, tax and reporting requirements. Demand is strong, the customer base is loyal, and there's plenty of room to grow accounts.
This Customer Success Manager will work closely with enterprise level accounts, helping them stay compliant with evolving regulations while identifying opportunities to expand the partnership.
