You ll be joining an established team delivering a broad mix of work, including:

• Project-focused surveying across education, residential, commercial, and public-sector portfolios

• Professional services such as condition surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters, and technical due diligence

• Supporting clients through the full project lifecycle, from feasibility through to delivery

• Working closely with internal design, engineering, and project management teams
