What you will be doing:

• Managing renewals for a portfolio of Real Estate insurance clients
• Preparing detailed market presentations for property portfolios
• Negotiating terms with insurers across property and liability classes
• Handling complex mid term adjustments across multi site schedules
• Supporting senior colleagues on larger, strategic Real Estate accounts
• Acting as a day to day contact for clients and insurers
• As an Account Handler in this environment, you will be expected to understand how Real Estate insurance programmes are structured. Accuracy, commercial awareness and insurer dialogue are central to the role.
