In this role, you'll manage a variety of litigated claims, including personal injury, large loss, property damage, credit hire, low-velocity impact (LVI), and fraud cases. You'll assess coverage, liability, and quantum, ensuring reserves are set and maintained in line with client service level agreements and key performance indicators. Your day-to-day will involve investigating the merits of third-party claims, negotiating with third parties and their representatives, and using the Civil Procedure Rules to secure the best outcomes for our clients.
You'll also play a key role in supporting the litigation team, ensuring compliance with office protocols and client agreements, and mentoring team members on technical and procedural matters. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to develop your career by working closely with key clients and, when required, acting as a secondee to insurer and managing general agent (MGA) clients.
