Your role and responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in HR Transformation, you will bring industry-leading thought leadership to clients to devise and implement strategies that transform employee experiences from Hire to Retire. You will focus on optimizing Human Resource, Workforce Management, and Talent functions by creating a vision and roadmap aligned to the client's business strategy and transformation value case. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Devise Transformation Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive transformation strategies that drive business value and align with the client's overall business strategy, leveraging design thinking and analytics to analyze client needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Streamline Processes: Collaborate with clients to innovate and streamline HR and Talent processes, upgrading and rationalizing HR and Talent technologies to deliver high-quality services, reduce costs, and drive business value.
  • Deliver Solutions: Utilize service and process modeling to recommend and implement solutions that meet client needs and drive business outcomes, ensuring alignment with the client's business strategy and transformation value case.
  • Drive Business Value: Focus on delivering business value to clients by optimizing Human Resource, Workforce Management, and Talent functions, and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Deep Expertise in HR Transformation: Proven track record of transforming employee experiences from Hire to Retire, with a strong understanding of industry-leading practices and thought leadership in HR Transformation.
  • Experience with Design Thinking and Analytics: Skilled in leveraging design thinking and analytics to analyze client needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop comprehensive transformation strategies that drive business value.
  • Proficiency in HR and Talent Technologies: Experienced in upgrading and rationalizing HR and Talent technologies to deliver high-quality services, reduce costs, and drive business value.
  • Mastery of Service and Process Modeling: Adept at utilizing service and process modeling to recommend and implement solutions that meet client needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Strategic Business Acumen: Seasoned in developing and implementing strategies that align with the client's overall business strategy and transformation value case, with a focus on delivering business value and driving growth.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Industry-Leading Thought Leadership: Deep expertise in HR Transformation, with a strong understanding of industry-leading practices and thought leadership in HR Transformation, enabling the development of innovative solutions that drive business value.
  • Advanced Design Thinking: Experience with design thinking and analytics to analyze complex client needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop comprehensive transformation strategies that drive business value.
  • HR Technology Expertise: Proficiency in upgrading and rationalizing HR and Talent technologies to deliver high-quality services, reduce costs, and drive business value, with a focus on leveraging technology to enable business outcomes.
