Job Description
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to support a high-volume hiring project for a client based locally to Woking. The role will focus on hiring across the UK. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can quickly get involved and manage the recruitment process from sourcing through to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and shortlist CVs
- Source candidates using the internal database as well as applications
- Proactively search for suitable candidates
- Manage candidates through the recruitment process, including onboarding
- Take ownership of the recruitment project
Requirements
- Previous internal/in-house recruitment experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proactive and hands-on approach
- Experience using an internal databases
- Experience recruiting for harder-to-fill roles
