Job Title: Quality Control Analyst

Salary: £29,000 per year
About the Company:
Join an innovative and expanding API manufacturer specialising in industrial hemp derivatives for medical and nutraceutical markets, particularly CBD. Based at Discovery Park Science Park, our client offers a professional environment with excellent facilities, including an on site gym and cafeteria.
What you'll be doing:
Support Production and Quality Assurance teams to ensure manufacturing processes meet GMP standards and international regulatory commitments.
Work within Site Value Streams to verify that products are compliant and fit for purpose.
Perform physical and analytical testing, accurately reporting results.
Assist with testing schedules to support production workflows.
What you'll bring:
A relevant Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Forensics, or equivalent.
Experience in QC testing of API, including HPLC (for assay and impurities) or GC, with knowledge of wet chemistry techniques being a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Enthusiastic, self motivated team player with excellent communication skills.
A positive, flexible approach to work and a keen interest in laboratory roles.
