Adult Clinical Assessment Practitioner - Part Time & Full Time

Looking for - Adult (RGN, RMN, RNLD, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic, Pharmacist)

Location: Hitchin Hybrid / Remote
Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 5pm (no nights or weekends)

Salary & Package:

• WCA Practitioner: £45,500 £47,500
• PIP Functional Assessor £43,000 £46,500 + Bonus Scheme
• Approval Bonus: £2,150 (paid post-training)
• Annual Bonus: Up to 10% performance bonus
• Structured pay rises at 6 and 12 months

Use Your Adult Clinical Skills in a Different Way If you re an adult healthcare professional ready to step away from hands-on care and shift work, this role allows you to apply your clinical judgement in a more structured, outcome-focused environment. You ll assess adult claimants, reviewing how physical, mental, and cognitive conditions affect daily living, and produce clear, objective clinical reports.

What You ll Do:

• Complete clinical assessments (video, telephone, or face-to-face)
• Evaluate how conditions impact function and daily activities
• Review medical evidence and produce structured, evidence-based reports
• Work within a multi-disciplinary clinical team
• Use modern systems designed for accuracy and consistency
• No treatment, prescribing, or manual handling this is a specialist clinical assessment role.

Training & Support:

• 6 12 weeks full-time, paid training.
• Dedicated clinical support and ongoing CPD opportunities
• £2,150 Approval Bonus once signed off

Please note: no annual leave can be taken during the first 6 weeks of training.

Essential Criteria You must have:

• Active UK registration as RGN / RMN / RNLD / Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist / Paramedic / Pharmacist
• 12+ months post-registration experience in an adult clinical setting
• Strong IT and report-writing ability
• Clean registration with NMC / HCPC / GPhC
