About this jobAbout the Role We are currently recruiting a Digital Printing Press Operative to join our busy production team.
This is a hands on role operating digital printing presses to produce high quality print work, ensuring jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and to deadline.
This is based on a continental shift patten of 12 hours, days and nights
Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and run digital printing presses Prepare and check artwork and materials prior to printing Monitor print quality, colour accuracy, and registration Make adjustments to press settings during production runs Carry out routine maintenance and basic fault finding Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards Follow health & safety procedures at all times Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe
Skills & Experience Experience operating digital printing presses is preferred Knowledge of digital print processes, substrates, and inks Strong attention to detail and colour consistency Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good problem solving skills Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required
