Performance & Data Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Performance and Data Manager to join a close Local Authority client of mine based in the South East of England. This position sits within the Compliance and Maintenance team within the councils property services.

Location: South East England

Salary: 32,000 - 40,000

Working pattern: Hybrid

Duties:

• Ensure collected data is analysed and presented for reports and record keeping.
• Maintain accurate records to demonstarte the Council's compliance within property.
• Take responsibility for controlling and managing statutory compliance obligations.
• Ensure the council's assets are regularly serviced.
• Assist the Maintenance and Compliance Manager with procurement.
